Attendees are responsible for their own travel, parking meals, etc.  The information below is provided for your convenience.  There are no prearranged accommodations or related items for the conference. Note: Parking in Indianapolis ranges from $6 to $20 per day, check garage before you enter to be sure you are aware of the daily charge.

Lunch is one hour and on your own every day. A snack shop and cafeteria are located on site.

Room reservations

The conference center is located in the West wing of the Government Center. The conference room reservation will be confirmed closer to the date of the training, and you will receive notification via email.

Restrooms & Vending

Restrooms and the snack shop are located on the same floor as the training rooms.

MISC

Room temperature may vary; please bring a sweater or jacket if you get cold easily. Breaks will be offered each day and there are walking paths along the canal in downtown Indianapolis. Also, a lot of restaurants are within walking distance. You may consider comfortable clothing and shoes to take advantage of both of these opportunities.
